Federico is originally from San José but has been living in Playa Grande, Guanacaste, for several years, where he resides with his girlfriend and their dog, Kimchi. He holds an MBA from KAIST University in Seoul, South Korea, where he lived for four years. After working as a consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank on a state infrastructure development project, and with McKinsey & Company advising multinational companies, Federico shifted his career to real estate in Guanacaste.
He combines all his knowledge and experience to offer a unique business perspective and local insights to clients looking to invest in the Guanacaste region.
